Required Documents for form Submission

  • Completed and detailed application form.
  • Applicant's CNIC (Copy).
  • B-Forms of all children (Copy).
  • Recent photographs of all family members.
  • Verification / recommendation from the local Moulana (for Non-Khojas).
  • JCIC cards of all family members (Copy) (for Khojas).
  • School fee challans or fee cards of all children (Copy).
  • Salary slips and bank statements of all earning family members.
  • Rent agreement, property document copy, or goodwill flat receipt (Copy).
  • Utility bills (Copy) (electricity, gas, telephone, and water).
  • For widow, separation, or divorce cases: death certificate, divorce certificate, decree, or relevant supporting documents (Copy).
  • CNIC and JCIC Cards of all siblings and parents (Copy).
  • CNIC and JCIC of blood relatives not living with you (Copy).

Documents Required After Loan Approval

  • Payslips and last six (6) months' bank statements of two guarantors, duly verified by the respective Branch Manager, reflecting regular transaction activity and a satisfactory average balance
  • Visiting cards and account maintenance certificate (if business)
  • Clear and legible copies of the CNIC of both guarantors
  • Clear and legible copies of the JCIC of both guarantors (for Khojas)
  • Contact numbers of both guarantors
  • Once approved by the Committee, applicant and guarantors must submit post-dated cheques according to the approved repayment schedule
  • Property documents must be verified by the Trust's Panel Lawyer prior to loan disbursement
  • Valid sale agreement copy with a minimum validity of 90 days
  • Bond papers of Rs. 200/- or Rs. 500/- each for the loan agreement
  • Revenue stamps: Rs. 50 x 2 and Rs. 5 x 2 (total Rs. 110/-)
  • Service & Documentation (S&D) charges must be paid prior to loan disbursement
